About Us

In 1967, Richard "Dick" Chase, his wife Joyce and son started "Dick Chase Sales and Service". What started out as a hobby for a farmer became a small engine repair shop which grew into a family run business with many product lines including Moto-Ski, Ariens, Gilson, Toro, and Stihl. In 1977, our current location on routes 220 and 139 in Unity was built.

In 1998, Dick and Joyce retired and their son Ronnie took over the family business, renaming it Chase Toys Inc.

Fast forward to 2021, long term employees Brian Leary and Josh Miville purchased the business from Ron Chase.  The first order of business was a major renovation of the showroom and service departments to modernize the look and feel.. The new fully renovated store opened in the summer of 2021.

Over time some things have changed but our service and core values remain the same. Everyone asks us what’s so different about Chase Toys? Well, we just simply say we do the small thing that big dealers don’t and that’s why we have been here for over 50 years. With a small knowledgeable staff we can pay attention to each customer’s needs.

Our service department has taken a more modern approach with scheduling service with days and times that work with your schedule.  In our opinion, there is no sense for you to drop off a mower that you can continue to use.  Our service department will schedule a "drop off date" with you so you can get your chores or riding done prior to that date.  We then keep in constant contact with you every step of the way and then schedule a pickup day for you that fits into your schedule or we can even deliver it for an extra fee.

Our service department is why we have been here for over 50 years. Having your machine fixed and fixed right the first time means a lot.  What means even more is having it fixed to meet your budget.

We are a repair center for: Ski-doo, Polaris; ATV, Ranger, RZR, General, and Xpedition. As well as Husqvarna, Toro, Briggs and Stratton, Kohler, and Kawasaki.  For battery products we are a service center for EGO.
